Welcome to Sato and Spice, a blog (mostly) about software, post-truth, history, and philosophy.

I had a number of motives in starting this project, but the most important one was simply that I wanted a place to reflect on the world around me. Historically, I’ve found that packaging an idea forces me to reflect on it, hone it, and develop it further in ways that I never would if it only lived in my head.
